Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which reservations may be canceled or modified, and the conditions for refunds. Due to our limited inventory, we must strictly adhere to the policies outlined below.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation charges are calculated based on how far in advance the cancellation is made before your date of arrival:

• 20 or more days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 30% of the booking amount applies.
• Between 7 and 20 days before arrival: 50% of the payment will be forfeited.
• Within 7 days of check-in: No date changes or refunds will be entertained.

Holiday & Peak Season Blackout

No date changes or refunds will be accommodated for stays during the Diwali season, Christmas & New Year holidays (20th December – 5th January), or any long weekends or public holidays, regardless of when the booking was made.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days via UPI or bank transfer only.
