Pet Policy

At Devsha Jungle Resort, we understand that pets are family. We are delighted to welcome well-behaved pets while ensuring a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for all our guests.

Pet Eligibility

• Only domesticated dogs and cats are permitted.
• Maximum one pets per room.
• Guests bringing pets must inform the front office during check-in and must sign a ‘Pet Policy Agreement, after pet stay approval.
• Pets should be healthy, vaccinated, and free from ticks or fleas. This is compulsory.
• Vaccination records may be requested at check-in

Pet Charges

• Pet Fee: ₹1,500 to ₹2,500 per pet per night, as per guest room category
• The fee includes:
• Pet bed (on request, as your own pet bed is preferred)
• Pet food
• Food & water bowls
• Welcome treat
• Special room sanitization after departure

Pet-Friendly Rooms

• Pets will be accommodated only in designated pet-friendly rooms/cottages, subject to availability.

Pet Owner Responsibilities

Guests are requested to:

• Keep pets on a leash in all public areas.
• Never leave pets unattended in the room for long durations.
• Ensure pets do not disturb other guests.
• Clean up the ‘Poo’ after the job is done, at all times, across all resort area
• No poo etc. within the room
• Be responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Restricted Areas

For hygiene and guest comfort, pets are not permitted in:

• Swimming Pool
• Spa & Gym
• Indoor Restaurants
• Children's Play Area
• Kitchen & Food Preparation Areas
• *Outdoor dining may be permitted in designated areas.

Housekeeping

• Housekeeping will service rooms only when pets are either with the guest or safely secured.

Damage & Cleaning

• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear or excessive cleaning required due to pets will be charged to the guest after informing them.

Wildlife Safety

• Being located near Jim Corbett National Park, pets must remain under the owner's supervision at all times. Guests are advised not to allow pets to roam freely due to the presence of wildlife in the surrounding region.

Liability

• Devsha Jungle Resort shall not be liable for illness, injury, loss, or escape of pets. Pet owners shall remain fully responsible for their pets during their stay.
